During a hearing before the Department of Environmental Protection, attorneys Gene J. Guimond and Susan Molinari submitted evidence and solicited testimony from witnesses to establish that the granting of a c.91 Waterways License should be upheld in that the opponents failed to establish that the existing marina floats would interfere with their personal or the public's right to navigation.
