Lawrence A. DiNardo has advised and counseled clients on the South Shore for over 35 years in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, and Medicaid planning for nursing home admissions. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Mr. DiNardo was a partner in the law firm of Serafini, Purdy, DiNardo & Wells.

Mr. DiNardo is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. DiNardo has lectured and conducted seminars on real estate title issues and problem solving as well as sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques. He is a Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) in the United States Army Reserve with 26 years of service as a Judge Advocate.

Mr. DiNardo is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is also a Certified Land Court Examiner.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. DiNardo has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the South Shore YMCA, where he has been a Board Member for over 20 years. He served as President of the Town of Hanover, MA Education Foundation, is a member of the Quincy Rotary Club and serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of the First Corps of Cadets in Boston.
