Susan M. Molinari is a partner in the firm specializing in complex litigation cases, trials and appeals in the areas of business and commercial litigation, criminal defense, consumer protection, probate litigation, and zoning appeals. Ms. Molinari also advocates for clients in mediation of various types of complex legal issues. Ms. Molinari also serves as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem in the Probate and Family Court. Ms. Molinari also practices in the Election Law Practice Group at the firm which assists candidates and committees in all phases of election law including recounts, campaign finance regulations and voter registration issues.
Ms. Molinari is a graduate of Providence College in Rhode Island and the New England School of Law where she was honored as a New England Scholar, and was the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Practice and the CALI Award for Excellence in Clinical Evidence. As an undergraduate, Ms. Molinari interned in the Attorney General's Office and the United States Attorney's Office in Rhode Island. During law school Ms. Molinari was employed as a social worker for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services. In addition to her employment, Ms. Molinari interned in the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and in the Southeast Legal Unit of the Massachusetts Department of Social Services.
Ms. Molinari is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Ms. Molinari is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Norfolk Bar Association, the Canton Association of Parents and Teachers, and is involved in other charitable and community activities.
